The big challenge for the Government is to kick out the racism that simplifies the whole situation to one equation
– the Hutu and Tutsi, always forgetting the Twa. If the Government is clear that the political problem is about maintaining
peace and justice for all then it can succeed.
We need to teach
people how to read and write; to get them informed so that they can learn about democracy, human rights and respect for minorities.
